The Directors of Pavis are delighted to announce that we have joined a new wealth management group called Verso Wealth Management, with effect from Wednesday 26th January 2022.

We have been looking for the right partner to help us grow the business for several years and having considered and refused many offers, we believe that we have found the right fit with Verso.

Verso is a digitally driven wealth management group providing financial planning advice and investment management. By partnering with them, we can ensure the continued success of our well-established brand, and gain access to additional resources and enhanced technology which will help us to serve you better.

Our highly regarded Pavis brand will continue and all our current Directors – Quentin McCormick, Bob Newton, Julie Calvert, Steve Robertshaw and Carly Dunningham – will remain with the firm.

We have made this business decision from a position of strength, with our main aim to grow and futureproof our successful business. We have been in discussions with Verso for the last two years, so this has been a very well-considered plan and we have had plenty of time to familiarise ourselves with the team at Verso and their strategic plans.

What will it mean for you, our clients?

Our clients are truly at the heart of everything we do. When choosing the right firm to partner with for this next phase of Pavis, we wanted to ensure it was to the benefit of our clients as well as our team.

Over the next 12 months we’ll be gradually adopting Verso’s technology to enhance our service offering and efficiencies within the business. We will also benefit from the investment management expertise within the Verso group, which together translate to a broader range of services that are tailored to your individual circumstances and requirements.

Other than this, there will be no material change to you as our valued client. There is no change to the team, so the people you’re used to dealing with at Pavis will continue to be here providing you with the same service that we always have.

With the financial backing of Verso, we will be growing the business and adding to our team, when we find the right individuals. Maintaining the integrity of our Pavis culture is paramount to us.

Pavis, will be the third firm in this growing group, which has ambitions to build a market leading, national digital wealth management group.
