Davies, Noakes and Mouakit add to burgeoning Pavis team
Pavis Financial Management has made three further appointments in response to continued growth.
Ross Davies, 35, joins the Liverpool-based firm as a financial paraplanner following more than a decade in the financial services sector.
Davies began his career with the Financial Services Authority and later moved into client facing roles, where he has subsequently acquired PFS Fellowship status and the IMC qualification in investments. He arrives from Equilibrium Asset Management in Cheshire.
Meanwhile, graduates Simon Noakes and Kamilla Mouakit have become the latest additions to the operations team at Pavis, which now manages client funds in excess of £140m and has a team of 15 members.
Bob Newton, managing director at Pavis Financial Management, said: “We set out a clear strategy two years ago to actively expand our client share and the size of our team. We can be very proud to have made huge inroads to that goal but the job is far from complete.
“Recruiting technicians as experienced as Ross and combining them with the intelligent support of people like Kamilla and Simon will give us the necessary components to maximise our offer to clients and our potential as a business.”
