I was a mortgage adviser for many years until 2010 after the birth of my second child. It was important for me to stay in financial services but have flexibility so I could be around for my children too. Pavis offered that. Since joining I have never looked back.
My job is extremely varied, and no two days are the same. I assist the operations and compliance manager in the day-to-day running of the office along with file reviews, banking, accounts, overseeing commission statements and recording of management information required for compliance and the FCA.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy being a part of the team I am working with and that my job is varied – no two days are the same.
What’s your idea of a perfect weekend?
Going to my caravan in North Wales and taking kids paddle boarding in Llanberis.
Where in the world can you not wait to get back to again?
Majorca. It holds special memories there for my own family and when I was a child.
Where in the world have you never been but hope to get to visit one day?
I would love to visit Niagara Falls.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned doing your job?
Being organised, communication and patience.
What three things are guaranteed to put a smile on your face?
My children being happy.
