My name is Andrew Ellaby, I’ve been a client of Pavis for just over a year, my adviser is Julie Calvert.

I got in touch with Pavis because they were recommended to me by people I trust and know very, very well, they had given them a really good and caring service. I wanted to set up a pension for my business for myself, a small business owner, and I knew I could trust them.

The aspirations I wanted help with were to invest my money smartly and put it somewhere where it would be safe, but it would also grow. The problems with that were that I didn’t know how to do that in the most efficient way possible and in the way that would generate the most income. Their advice has been invaluable in that and it’s helped me a great deal.

I chose Pavis because they were recommended to me by people I trust. That wasn’t an easy situation for those people as well, it was very sensitive and actually, the person that I’ve got in mind most didn’t really know what they were doing at the time as well. The instruction they got from Pavis was both very helpful and also very trustworthy. So, I felt like I could trust these guys, and they knew exactly what they were doing.

The way it makes me feel working with Pavis is secure, safe. But also, hopeful that the money will grow. That I’ll have more in the future than I would have had if I hadn’t worked with these guys. 

The way I feel about my financial future working with Pavis is quite hopeful, very hopeful in fact. But also, at the same time secure, knowing that I’ll be well-looked-after and that we won’t have any major problems in the future, but also very aspirational; hoping that we’ll generate a lot more than we have right now.

The three words I would use to describe Pavis would be trustworthy, thoughtful and caring.

The best thing about working with Pavis is that I feel like I’m working with people I know that they have my back. I won’t be led down the garden path or tried to be sold things that I don’t want. I feel like they have my best interests at heart, and they are trying to solve the problem I want them to solve rather than trying to make things up.

The best advice I’ve been given by Pavis since I started working with them is probably to invest quite aggressively while I’m relatively young and then rein it in as you get closer to retirement age. That’s the best way to generate income in the short term but then feel nice and safe and secure with it in the long term.

I would definitely recommend Pavis to any of my friends or family. The reason why is because I feel like I’m being well-looked-after by those guys and I’m confident that the people I recommend them to will also be well looked after and that their finances will grow.
