Zara:
Hi, I’m Zara, this is my husband, John. We’ve been with Pavis for about four years now and our adviser is Carly Dunningham.

John:
We originally got in touch with Pavis because we were wanting a lifestyle change. The demands of work were taking over a little bit too much. We felt there was more out there for us.

Zara:
We really needed confirmation and help deciding whether we could afford to change our lifestyle. Did we have the financial means to give up work and do something completely different?

John:
I have a family connection with Pavis. My sister is one of the directors at Pavis. So that was the direct contact that we had.

John:

The annual reviews really make the difference, we focus on how circumstances have changed, and what options we need to look at in the future.

Zara:
If we weren’t working with Pavis, and we were dealing with all our own finances, I think that would be quite a stressful thing for us to do. It’s a bit of a minefield out there. Especially with investments and things, we really wouldn’t know how to do that by ourselves. So, their advice is invaluable.

John:
The three words I would use for how Pavis makes us feel are reassuring, confidence giving and flexible.

Zara:
The best thing about working with Pavis is that almost instant accessibility if we need an answer to a problem that might arise. We needed a new car recently, our car died on us unexpectedly. That was quite a worrying time because we weren’t sure if we had the finances to be able to buy another car. Very quickly, we got answers back and we were able to rectify the situation.

John:
The best piece of advice that Pavis have given us in the time we’ve been working with them, was really the very first piece of advice; that changing your lifestyle is an option. If we hadn’t had that advice, we wouldn’t be here today, with a completely new lifestyle that we’re really happy with.

Zara:
I would definitely recommend Pavis to anybody looking for financial advice. They’ve been really good with us, very professional and have helped us every step of the way on our journey to our new life.
